Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of PurO3, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the PurO3 service as an affiliate. By signing up for the PurO3 affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Commission rates can be found on our affiliate program main page at www.puro3.com/puro3club. Rates are subject to change, and affiliates will be informed if they ever do. 

NOTE: United States-based affiliates will need to provide a tax ID or social security number before a payout can be made. You can do this by calling us at 479-442-3404 and telling your rep to give your information to the affiliate manager. We must do this as the IRS requires us to file tax information for anyone we pay. We will not be able to contact you for this information at payout time. Affiliates who have not provided this within two pay periods will be rejected and commissions earned to date marked as declined. 

There is a $50 threshold for payments; after an affiliate has made $50 or more they will receive a check or a payment via PayPal (depending on their preferences) on the payment date.  Commissions are paid quarterly, within two weeks after the beginning of the quarter (in January, April, July, and October - typically within one week, but can depend on holiday schedules).  If you make $250 in commissions, you will be paid monthly. Each commission has a 30 day pending period from the time items are delivered.  If the item is returned within that time the commission will not be applied.  PayPal payments are free. There is a $3 processing charge for checks that will be taken from the commission total. For affiliates outside of the USA, check payments will have $5 deducted for processing and shipping.  

Affiliate payments will not apply for purchases made by the affiliate or for wholesale orders.

PurO3 can create coupon codes for affiliates to assist with marketing efforts and to help track sales. PurO3 prohibits coupon codes to be displayed on coupon code websites.  If active PurO3 coupon codes are found on coupon websites, it will result in the immediate cancellation of the coupon code and will affect affiliate payout amounts. We recommend that affiliates check regularly to see if their coupon makes it on a coupon site to prevent any monetary payout issues. We also do not allow search engine remarketing like Adwords, Bing ads, Yahoo ads or similar setups that capture customers who have already found PurO3 through other means.

Affiliate payments will not be applied for carts where the buyer does not follow through with payment.  In the rare instance when a buyer completes the order process but does not complete payment, affiliate fees for that order will expire and be removed.

Spamming is prohibited.  Do not send out spam emails with your affiliate link or your account will be terminated.
